Medea Creek Summer School 2011 comes to a close
Thank you very much for your participation in the Friends of Oak Park Schools’ Summer School program.
As you know by now, the Oak Park Unified School District was unable to afford to administrate a summer school program and Friends of Oak Park Schools’ Education Foundation stepped up to the plate allowing us to continue to have summer school in our own backyard.
Our goal was to make this transition as seamless as possible for you and your family, utilizing Oak Park teachers, Oak Park facilities and Oak Park administration. We hope that your child achieved the educational experience that you expected and that we succeeded with our goal of offering a quality program.
This was our first year as administrators of summer school and we have discovered a few areas of improvement that we will employ next year.
I hope we met your expectation and we look forward to your continued support of “Friends”, your Education Foundation, throughout this coming school year.
